Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website.
| Cookie Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Essential | Required for basic website functionality (cart, checkout, authentication) |

| Preferences | Remember your settings and preferences for future visits |
You can configure your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of our website may not function properly without cookies.
Member experience measurement
For eligible signed-in US members, we may use first-party account-linked records to compare homepage experiences. We enroll the version served only after the member's current browser preference has been checked, and use an exact authenticated checkout link and an order recognized in our records within seven days of that served response to measure purchase outcomes. We count each enrolled account once for conversion, while order counts and gross recorded amounts are separate; refunds may not yet be reflected. We do not use this measurement to turn on optional analytics services. Declining analytics, Global Privacy Control, or the member-measurement exclusion control creates an account-level exclusion once we receive and save it. A later analytics Accept does not remove that exclusion. We purge linkable experiment subjects, checkout links, and outcome links after an experiment epoch has been closed for 90 days; operational order records follow their separate retention rules. A saved exclusion can be reviewed through the applicable account/privacy-request process. We cannot detect a browser-only choice on a device that has not contacted us while signed in.
Payment Processing
We do not store your credit card or debit card information on our servers. All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors who encrypt your financial data during transmission and storage.
Our payment processors may collect certain information directly, subject to their own privacy policies.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your data with third parties only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — Shipping carriers, payment processors, email services, and analytics tools that help us operate our business. These providers have access to your data only to perform their specific functions and are contractually obligated to protect it.
- Legal requirements — When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
- Protection of rights — To protect and defend our rights or property, investigate fraud, or ensure the safety of our users
- Business transfers — In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:
- Order data — Retained for 7 years for tax and regulatory compliance
- Account data — Retained until you request deletion or after 2 years of inactivity
- Usage data — Generally retained for 26 months
- Communication records — Retained for 3 years
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data
- Regular security assessments
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
