All orders are shipped from the United States via USPS or FedEx. 2-Day shipping is the only service we offer. Peptides are temperature sensitive, so we retired ground shipping rather than leave research materials in transit for the better part of a week.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Peptides are sensitive to temperature, light, and moisture. To ensure your products arrive in optimal condition, every order is shipped with:

• Insulated thermal packaging
• Gel ice packs for temperature control
• Light-protective inner wrapping
• Tamper-evident sealing

We recommend refrigerating peptides promptly upon receipt. For long-term storage, store peptides at -20°C in a dry environment away from direct light.

Stemcode Peptides currently ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Please note: The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be assessed by their country's customs authority. Stemcode Peptides has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. International orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause additional delays.

We are not responsible for packages that are seized, held, or returned by customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that research peptides can be legally imported into their country.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours. Approved claims will be resolved with either a replacement shipment at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our returns policy above.
