KLOW / DOSAGE RESEARCH GUIDE

Klow peptide dosage:
frequency & daily amounts.

Use the KLOW dosage calculator to see component amounts, then explore dosage frequency, daily-dose evidence and the blend’s formulation.

KLOW dosage calculator

THE 30-SECOND OVERVIEW

KLOW peptide blend quick start

KLOW combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Start with the formulation: the Stemcode KLOW vial contains 80 mg total in a 5:1:1:1 ratio.

01 / THE BLEND

80 mg total

50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV per vial.

02 / FREQUENCY

Not established

No validated human dosing frequency for this combination.

03 / DAILY AMOUNT

Vial ≠ daily dose

The amount on the label is the entire vial’s content.

04 / THE MATH

Ratio comes first

GHK-Cu is 62.5% of the blend; BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV are 12.5% each.

This guide explains research evidence and concentration arithmetic. It does not provide a self-administration protocol.

CALCULATE COMPONENT AMOUNTS

Calculate the amount of each peptide in a laboratory sample of the 80 mg blend. Enter the final solution volume, not the vial’s container capacity.

The formula: component mass per vial ÷ final solution volume × sample volume. For other vial strengths, use the peptide calculator. Product specifications: KLOW blend 80 mg.

01 / TIMING

KLOW peptide dosage frequency

There is no established human dosing frequency for the KLOW blend. An online schedule described as “daily” or “five days on, two days off” is not the same as a schedule validated in a clinical trial.

For a laboratory protocol, frequency is a study-design variable. It depends on the experimental model, exposure duration and measured endpoint. Findings about one component cannot determine how often a four-component blend should be administered to people.

What to check first

Does the cited study use the same peptide, the same blend ratio, the same experimental model and the same route? If any differ, its schedule does not establish a KLOW protocol.

02 / AMOUNT

KLOW peptide dose per day

A clinically established daily dose for KLOW is not available. In particular, 80 mg per vial does not mean 80 mg per day. It is the sum of four different component masses.

At the Stemcode 5:1:1:1 ratio, a hypothetical 1 mg laboratory sample contains 625 micrograms of GHK-Cu and 125 micrograms each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Those numbers describe composition, not a recommended daily amount.

Use the dosage calculator above to inspect component amounts for a chosen sample volume. For the individual copper peptide literature, see our GHK-Cu dosage research guide.

03 / FORMULATION

What’s in the KLOW vial?

The name “KLOW” alone does not specify a concentration. Check the actual product label before comparing any dosing tables.

BPC-15710 mg12.5%

KLOW and GLOW share GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500, but KLOW adds KPV. The GLOW vial contains 20 mg GHK-Cu and 5 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500: 30 mg total. Their ratios and amounts differ, so their concentration calculations are not interchangeable.

Read the KLOW vs. GLOW comparison or the separate GLOW dosage guide for that formulation.

05 / THE EVIDENCE

What the research can—and cannot—tell us

KLOW combines four components, but studies of those components do not establish a safe daily dose or schedule for the 80 mg blend. Adding KPV does not establish clinical safety or effectiveness for the combination. FDA’s reviews identify limitations in human safety data and concerns including immunogenicity and peptide-related impurities.

The FDA’s BPC-157 briefing and TB-500 briefing provide primary-source context. The agency also discusses injectable GHK-Cu on its peptide safety-risk page.

Nominal label amounts are used in the calculator. The KLOW batch COA reports the tested lot; it may differ from the nominal label. Laboratory purity results document a tested sample; they do not demonstrate clinical safety or effectiveness. Review the KLOW vial’s specifications and available COA for product information. Follow documented laboratory handling requirements and our peptide storage guide.

QUICK ANSWERS

KLOW dosage FAQ

What is the KLOW peptide dose per day?

An established human daily dose for the KLOW combination is not available. The 80 mg figure describes the contents of the entire vial, not a daily dose. Component amounts can be calculated from a laboratory sample volume, but those calculations do not establish a safe human dose.

How often is KLOW peptide used?

No validated dosing frequency has been established for the KLOW blend in humans. Once-daily and cycling schedules discussed online should not be confused with clinical evidence. Research frequency depends on the specific study design.

What is in the KLOW 80 mg vial?

The Stemcode KLOW vial contains 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 and 10 mg KPV. GHK-Cu is 62.5% of the blend, and each other component is 12.5%.

How does KLOW differ from GLOW?

KLOW includes KPV alongside GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. The KLOW 80 mg vial and GLOW 30 mg vial have different quantities and ratios. Do not transfer dose or concentration tables between them.
