For research use only — basic overview, not definitive. This calculator is built from doses reported in published scientific research and is intended only as a general reference and arithmetic aid. It is not medical advice, not a dosing recommendation, and should not be relied on as a precise or complete source. Research protocols, purity, and formulations vary. These products are not for human consumption.
How Nasal Spray Dosing Works
Nasal sprays arrive pre-mixed at a fixed concentration — no reconstitution needed. Two numbers on the label drive everything the calculator does:
- Total peptide per bottle (mg) — the full amount of active peptide in the formulation.
- Dose per spray (mcg) — fixed by the manufacturer; you can't adjust concentration the way you can with a vial.
- Sprays per dose — your target dose ÷ dose per spray, rounded to a whole spray.
- Bottle life — total sprays in the bottle ÷ sprays used per day, at your chosen frequency.
Research Dose Reference
Dose ranges reported in published research for every peptide we stock, with citations and evidence level, live on the reconstitution calculator so it's kept in one place.

How many sprays are in a bottle?
It depends on the bottle's total peptide content and the dose delivered per spray — both are fixed by the formulation, not by you. The calculator above shows the exact sprays-per-bottle for the peptide you select, based on its labeled total mcg and mcg-per-spray.
How do I calculate my dose per spray?
Enter your target dose and how many times per day you plan to use it. The calculator divides your target dose by the fixed mcg-per-spray for that formulation and rounds to a whole number of sprays, then shows how many days a bottle lasts at that rate.
Do nasal spray peptides need reconstitution?
No — nasal sprays come pre-mixed and ready to use. Reconstitution (dissolving a lyophilized vial in bacteriostatic water) only applies to vial formats. If you're working from a vial instead, use the peptide reconstitution calculator.
How should I store an opened nasal spray bottle?
Refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the label timeframe once opened. Protect from light and avoid freeze–thaw cycles. See the full storage guide for every format.
