MK-677 Liquid (Ibutamoren)

MK-677 Liquid is Ibutamoren (MK-0677) supplied as an oral solution: 25mg per mL in a 30mL graduated dropper bottle, 750mg total. MK-677 is an orally active small-molecule ghrelin mimetic, an agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor GHS-R1a, and the oral route is the one the published clinical work used. Why a liquid format

Later work examined nitrogen balance under caloric restriction, bone-turnover markers and bone mineral density, sleep architecture, and ghrelin-driven appetite signaling. Every one of these studies administered MK-677 orally, which is why a measured oral solution is the format closest to the published protocols.
